Question Box is an NGO that exists to get information to areas where it's inaccessible. Their platform is simple, the user asks a question and they get an answer. The 'answers' come from operators who use the internet to find factual information to return. The service will operate via voice or text meaning people can call to speak with an operator or they they can SMS or use the web.
